1. INTRODUCTION
The Dealmakers provides an exclusive investor network offering access to publicly available investor data, deal flow, networking opportunities, and industry events. These Terms govern your use of our services, membership, and event participation.
By using this platform, you confirm that you are legally authorized to access and use the information provided and accept full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. MEMBERSHIP AND EVENTS – SEPARATE ACCESS POLICIES
– Membership to The Dealmakers platform provides access to the investor database, networking opportunities, and deal flow but does not include access to any Dealmakers events.
– Event attendance is charged separately and does not grant access to The Dealmakers platform.
– Paying for an event does not provide platform membership.
– Paying for platform membership does not grant access to any event.
2.1 Membership Duration & Renewal
– Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
– Membership does not renew automatically. Users must actively renew their membership upon expiration to maintain access.
2.2 Refund & Cancellation Policy
– Membership fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
– Event fees are non-refundable, but ticket transfers may be allowed upon request.
– In case of event cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, The Dealmakers reserves the right to reschedule the event or offer credit towards a future event.
3. PUBLIC DATA, NO GUARANTEE OF ACCURACY
– Source of Data: All investor data provided by The Dealmakers is collected exclusively from public records.
– No Warranty of Accuracy: The Dealmakers does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any data presented.
– Compliance with Privacy Laws: The platform operates in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and UAE data protection laws.
4. USE OF INVESTOR DATA
Users are strictly prohibited from:
– Reselling, distributing, or republishing investor data without express written consent.
– Engaging in unsolicited mass outreach (spam, excessive cold-calling, or unauthorized solicitations).
– Scraping, copying, bulk-downloading, or misusing investor data for commercial exploitation.
– Misrepresenting The Dealmakers as an investment broker, licensed advisor, or regulated financial institution.
5. EVENTS AND PARTICIPATION
– Participation in an event does not guarantee introductions, funding, partnerships, or any specific business result.
– The Dealmakers reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant from an event for disruptive behavior.
6. NO INVESTMENT ADVICE OR ENDORSEMENTS
– The Dealmakers is not a licensed financial institution, investment advisor, broker, or securities firm.
– Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before making any investment decisions.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
– All content, branding, and proprietary materials are protected under applicable copyright laws.
– Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any platform content without permission.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
– The Dealmakers bears no liability for any business decisions, financial losses, or damages arising from platform use or event participation.
9. TERMINATION & ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
– The Dealmakers reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access at its sole discretion.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW
– These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
– Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
– The Dealmakers shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control.
12. DATA RETENTION POLICY
– User data is retained as long as necessary to provide services.
– Users may request data deletion in compliance with GDPR and UAE laws.
